Our Site The site had it's beginnings in the www.justaminute.com.au site specialising in business planning and strategies. After many years as an employee for two large international motor companies, eventually running our own business and returning to university to gain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2000, we noted a common thread. We often thought that business was about plans, staff, money, sales and marketing and lots of processes. Yes, it's true these all help. But during two unrelated incidents for the large motor companies money was eliminated as the saviour. In fact the two companies poured millions into the Australian business trying to achieve a positive result. A positive attitude and personal motivation the key to success Then a different approach was tried. In summary, staff morale and a positive attitude became the major focus. Within months both companies achieved multi-million dollar turn arounds. Since that time we have gradually developed a passion for personal motivation and began collecting an affordable range of motivational tools, techniques and processes culminating in our sites at: Corporate-Gift.com.au and Motivational-Posters.com.au In the current economic environment positive action planning needs to happen for a new beginning.
